Join Canton Comedy Boom on Saturday June 14 for our second annual Very Queer Comedy Show!
This very funny, very queer variety show follows the fourth annual Stark Pride Festival, taking place in downtown Canton the same day. Queer in Canton has put together another amazing celebration full of music, guest speakers, food and drink vendors, and family-friendly activities right here in the heart of downtown Canton. The festival is free to attend and we heartily recommend you check out the Pride Parade!
Canton Comedy Boom was founded with the mission of creating space for underrepresented voices at our shows, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see a community of creative, kind, and hilarious human beings grow over the past two years in Canton. Our goal for Pride this year is to bring diverse perspectives and comedy styles to the stage, and to provide a safe, inclusive performance space to showcase some of our favorite comedians.
The show will be hosted by the lovely, talented and hilarious Chloe Jackson and Joe My Gosh, and will feature Autumn Carper, Monica Hager, Murr, D’jaay BrownJohnson, Cutti Massaro, and comedy burlesque!
As always, the Second April art gallery and studios will be open for viewing and we encourage you to visit our downtown Canton page for a list of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance of the show!
