It’s a FOC’n takeover!
The Females of Comedy are taking over Patina Arts Centre for this one-of-a-kind comedy show! 

Canton Comedy Boom events at Patina are usually kept to the underground performance space, but on March 1st, 2024, The Females of Comedy will be showing off not only their comedic talents, but also their artistic prowess in the very first Gallery Takeover.

Patina’s first floor gallery will feature artwork by The Females of Comedy, and guests will have a chance to tour the gallery free of charge, and meet the artists before being treated to stand-up comedy by some of northeast Ohio’s funniest comediennes. The comedy show will be a one-night-only, ticketed event, but the FOC’ers artwork will remain displayed for sale throughout the month of March.

As always, the lovely ladies of FOC will be connecting with local charities and nonprofits to see that proceeds from tickets and art sales will be put towards a good cause. One artist has even offered to donate 100% of the proceeds from her art sales toward a charity of the buyer’s choosing. 

The gals are taking over the gallery during Canton’s First Friday–a walk-able celebration of the arts, incorporating galleries, shopping, dining, and live entertainment in the heart of downtown. We encourage guests to make a night out of it and invite you to visit our downtown Canton page for a list of bars, restaurants and more within an easy stroll of Canton Comedy Boom’s main stage and the Gallery Takeover.
